We received an upgrade to ocean front since we traveled with Virtuoso (we always do).Breakfast is plentiful and in a nice great room. One recommendation I have for the staff, who do an excellent job, is to check the smaller, less crowded, pool regularly for trash, as cups and napkins can blow into the pool without their responsible guests realizing. Overall, I found the staff very slow we seemed to wait 10-15 mins for every transaction. I won't go back. There is wear in the building and furniture but the service was excellent. The pools were well maintained and not too crowded. Did not use the spa or the gym this time. My wife visited the spa and had one of the best treatments ever and was able to enjoy the facilities for the day (hot tub and cold plunge pool). Another thing, the sand of their beach was so dirty and unprepared, and to seat at sunbathing chair with blue tent they charge you $5.
