The Coliseum management expressed a reluctance to allow the Raiders to continue using the Coliseum after the lease expired unless the team paid more to cover the losses the Coliseum incurred by hosting Raiders games. The grandfather clause allowing existing players to wear their previous non-approved helmets expired, and 32 players were required to change helmets. The show was renewed for two additional seasons. The combine has been held in Indianapolis since 1987, though only the medical portion was held this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the 2022 combine is scheduled to be held there as well.
